exchange : We happily accept exchanges for unused items, but you are responsible for shipping costs to and from. Email us with the details of the exchange and we'll help you out.
International customers :
We ship via india post. We select the cheapest tracked parcel option which is unfortunately not the cheapest option, but it's the safest.
payment : we accept razorpay ,Gpay, credit/debit card & mastercard
Refunds & Exchanges :
All sales are final. However, if there is a malfunction or failure that occurs, we will offer a complete refund or exchange upon return receipt and complete product inspection.

Since all leather hides are different, not all products will look the same. That is the beauty of leather. Each item is unique in its own way.
If a leather is not available at the time, another leather can be suggested that is similar. Availability of leather varies depending on demand and supply. Leathers can sometimes take weeks to be delivered to us.
